Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Nodefront mobile game (the "Game", application IDs com.nodefront.gp and com.nodefront.gp.premium on Google Play) collects, uses, and shares information when you play.

We do not run our own servers and do not ask you to register an account. All gameplay progress is stored locally on your device. The data described below is processed by third-party SDKs embedded in the Game for advertising, analytics, and in-app purchases.

For the RuStore distribution of the Game (com.nodefront.rustore / com.nodefront.rustore.premium), see the Russian version — the operator there is a separate legal entity registered in the Russian Federation.

1. Information processed

Device identifiers — Android Advertising ID (AAID) in free builds only, for rewarded ad targeting and frequency capping. Premium builds do not collect AAID.
Technical data — device model, OS version, language, coarse country, and crash/performance diagnostics collected by analytics SDKs.
Gameplay events — anonymized events such as level completion, shop opens, and ad-watch counts, used to improve balance and detect bugs.
Purchase records — product ID, purchase token, and transaction status, exchanged with Google Play Billing or RuStore Pay for entitlement verification. We do not see your payment card or billing address.
No personal identifiers — we do not collect your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or messages.

2. Third-party services

The Game integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each runs under its own privacy policy:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — rewarded video ads in Google Play free builds. Google Privacy Policy.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — GDPR/EEA consent dialog shown on first launch in Google Play free builds.
Yandex Mobile Ads — rewarded video ads in RuStore free builds. Yandex Privacy Policy.
Firebase Analytics (Google) — anonymized event analytics in Google Play builds.
AppMetrica (Yandex) — anonymized event analytics in RuStore builds.
Google Play Billing — in-app purchases in Google Play builds.
RuStore Pay SDK — in-app purchases in RuStore builds.

3. How data is used

Show and limit the frequency of rewarded ads (free builds only).
Measure aggregate usage to balance gameplay and fix bugs.
Process in-app purchases and restore prior purchases on re-install.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Your rights

Depending on your region:

EEA / UK (GDPR) — on first launch you are shown the UMP consent dialog and may accept, reject, or customize tracking. You may change your choice later from the in-game settings.
California (CCPA/CPRA) — you may request access to or deletion of data associated with your device by contacting us.
Russian Federation (152-ФЗ) — see the Russian version of this policy.
All regions — you may reset your Advertising ID in Android system settings or uninstall the Game to stop all third-party processing described here.

5. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly process information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Game, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Game or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in the Game's store listing notes.
